These are Jose's OCs, Todd Robinson and Jane Vickson, from his 'Playing Kids' series, as anthro adult dogs who are married, and are rope-mummified and cloth-gagged forever.
I edited the art to remove Jane's sarcastic comment and her eyelids to make them both look happy with their eternal bondage.

I think someone should cut their ropes and free them. I am not happy with the idea of being tied up and gagged forever.
